Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, controls and coordinates activities of all Engineering personnel engaged in maintenance and repair of the buildings and equipment, with focus on safety and reliability.
• Recruiting, interviewing and hiring people to build a capable maintenance team.
• Communicate the vision and brand expectations to the team and integrate them into daily practices.
• Directly responsible for budget adherence, asset care and reporting for Earth Check compliance.
