Job summary

Green Umbrella Recruitment is seeking a Public Relations Officer (PRO) in Muscat to serve as the key liaison for government and regulatory affairs. The PRO will manage all ministry transactions, ensure compliance with labor laws, and maintain communication with various authorities.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience, a strong knowledge of government processes in Oman, and fluency in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a PRO in Oman or the GCC.
• Strong record of handling confidential records.
• Valid Omani driving license.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface for various ministries.
• Manage end-to-end work visas and labour contracts.
• Submit weekly status reports to COO/CEO.

Skills

Fluency in Arabic

Proficient in English

Knowledge of Oman Labour Law

Familiarity with government portals
