Responsibilities

• Execute all transactions with the Ministry of Labour, ROP, MOCIIP, and Muscat Municipality.
• Lead the renewal of Commercial Registrations, Chamber of Commerce certificates, and Municipality licenses.
• Manage the end-to-end process for employment visas, labor cards, and resident cards.
• Stay updated on Omani Labor Law changes to ensure compliance.
• Maintain a rigorous tracking system for all legal expiry dates.

Role Overview: An experienced specialist responsible for all government relations and legal documentation for Creative Pack International.

Key Responsibilities

• Government Liaison: Execute all transactions with the Ministry of Labour, ROP, MOCIIP, and Muscat Municipality via digital portals (Invest Easy, Sanad) and in-person visits.
• Licensing & Compliance: Lead the renewal of Commercial Registrations (CR), Chamber of Commerce certificates, and Municipality licenses without oversight.
• Visa Processing: Manage the end-to-end process for employment visas, labor cards, and resident cards for all staff.
• Legal Advisory: Stay updated on Omani Labor Law changes and ensure the company remains 100% compliant with Omanization targets.
• Document Control: Maintain a rigorous tracking system for all legal expiry dates to ensure zero penalties.
