Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven track record managing a large manufacturing site.
• Fluent in English — spoken and written.
• Six Sigma experience (Green Belt or above preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing operations ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across sites.
• Hold financial responsibility for unit's P&L and report to management.
