FUTURE PIPE INDUSTRIES seeks a General Manager - Country Operations in Oman. This on-site, full-time role leads all manufacturing and delivery operations within the country, owning the end-to-end OTC spine from order intake to revenue recognition.

The position carries P&L accountability and leadership over Operations, Supply Chain, QHSE, Project Management, Planning, and Support, ensuring sites comply with standards and local regulations, emphasizing Health and Environment.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of all confirmed orders from handover by Commercial/Bids through to product delivery and revenue recognition.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Planning, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to maintain one aligned delivery plan per order.
• Drive backlog conversion discipline: eliminate bottlenecks, resolve escalations, maintain customer schedule commitments.
