Job summary

OQ Chemicals GmbH in Muscat, Oman, seeks a Manager of Financial Systems to lead governance, performance, and continuous improvement of the group financial systems landscape. You will ensure integrity, accuracy, compliance and efficient processes across SAP ECC/S4HANA and BPC, with strong focus on budgeting, forecasting and consolidation.

The role requires 8–12 years in finance systems, including at least 3 years in a managerial or lead position within a multinational.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of relevant experience in a complex multinational environment.
• Minimum 3 years in a managerial or systems lead role.

Responsibilities

• Governance and controls of the financial systems landscape across SAP modules.
• Oversee financial systems operations: GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash, and Projects.
• Lead system enhancements and integrations for budgeting, planning, forecasting, and consolidation.
• Ensure internal controls and high-quality reporting and consolidation.
