Parsons is seeking an experienced HSE Manager (Saudi National) to lead health, safety, and environmental programs on major projects in the region. You will develop site-specific plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive a strong HSE culture across teams.

You will audit, inspect, and investigate to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions. Strong leadership and training capabilities are essential to onboard staff and deliver ongoing HSE training across projects.

Qualificações

• Saudi National is required.
• Bachelor's degree in OSH or related field.
• 7–10 years in health, safety, and environmental management.
• Experience managing HSE programs on major construction, infrastructure, or energy projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the administration and implementation of project HSE programs.
• Develop site-specific HSE plans, procedures, and risk management.
• Ensure activities comply with environmental, safety, health, and risk requirements.
• Audit projects and worksites against standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify hazards and risks.
• Provide technical guidance to eliminate and control HSE risks.
• Prepare audit, inspection, incident, and corrective action reports.
• Monitor HSE plans and ensure compliance across projects.
• Lead injury reporting, investigation, and management processes.
• Review incident reports and trends to identify recurring risks.
• Prepare HSE performance and trend analysis reports.
• Support onboarding and HSE orientations for new hires.
• Deliver regulatory and best-practice HSE training.
