Job summary

The F-16 C/D Electrical and Environmental (E&E) Specialist with Amentum fabricates, maintains, and tests electronic systems and components. Adjusts, repairs, and when necessary, modifies systems and components, and replaces malfunctioning equipment as needed.

May be responsible for requirements analysis, systems analysis, performance analysis, and independent test and acceptance of system components. Recent 5 years F-16 E&E Block 40+ experience is required; 5 Level Journeyman or 7 Level

Qualifications

• Recent 5+ years F-16 E&E experience.
• Experience as 5 Level Journeyman or 7 Level Craftsman.
• Willing to train on other aircraft maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform and supervise aircraft electrical and environmental (E&E) functions.
• Troubleshoot, inspect, remove, install, repair, and overhaul E&E systems.
• Interpret data, use wiring diagrams and testing equipment for maintenance.
• Upload flight programs and maintain software currency.
• Inspect, analyze, and evaluate malfunctions and advise corrective actions.
• Mentor RAFO technicians and supervise the shop operations.
