Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline required; professional qualification in contracts or construction law is advantageous.
• 10-15 years of experience in managing EPC contracts on utility-scale power, renewables, or major infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of EPC contractual structures and international contracting practices, including FIDIC forms.
• Experience managing contractor claims, EOT submissions, variations, and contractual disputes; familiarity with PPAs or offtake agreements.
• Working knowledge of project insurance programs for construction and operating assets.
• Excellent contractual interpretation, risk assessment, and notice-drafting capability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee EPC contract management for large-scale power/renewables projects.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks to protect owner/SPV interests.
• Lead negotiations with EPC contractors, insurers, and lenders.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisers to resolve disputes.
