Job summary

KEO International Consultants is currently seeking a qualified Senior Project Engineer – Environmental to join our Infrastructure Division in Oman. You will work on some of the region’s most exciting infrastructure design projects. Responsibilities include conducting environmental impact studies, managing environmental services, and preparing tender proposals. A Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering with at least 8 years of post-graduate experience is required. Bilingual skills in English and Arabic are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years post-graduate experience in relevant field.
• Bi-lingual communication skills in English and Arabic preferred.
• Membership of a recognised professional association is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct environmental impact studies across a variety of waste-management projects.
• Plan and monitor environmental services according to project budgets.
• Prepare environmental tender proposals and assist in client presentations.

Knowledge of regional environmental regulations

Knowledge of infrastructure related designs for landfills
