Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years post-graduate experience in related infrastructure projects.
• Bilingual communication skills in English and Arabic are preferred.
• Membership of a recognized professional association is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure design projects in various capacities.
• Manage project budgets and timelines effectively.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders throughout project lifecycle.

Knowledge of infrastructure design works

Conducting topographic evaluations
