HMR Consultants seeks an Environmental Consultant in Muscat, Oman to apply environmental expertise and leadership on diverse projects. You will collaborate with clients, senior leaders, and on-site teams to deliver robust environmental solutions and drive growth.

Responsibilities include leading ESIA efforts, compliance reporting, and business development while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Environmental Management, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience with leading international environmental consulting firms.
• Proficient English communication (written and verbal).
• Experience with ESIA, E&S screening, due diligence, audits, and reporting; knowledge of IFC/World Bank guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality environmental consulting projects in diverse sectors.
• Engage with clients, senior executives, and field staff to implement solutions.
• Lead ESIA studies, E&S screening, due diligence, audits and compliance reporting.
• Prepare proposals and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Build and maintain client relationships to generate repeat business.
