Job summary

Acwa Power seeks an Executive Management Officer (EMO) Ibri 2 PV IPP to lead construction operations and ensure contractual, regulatory, and reporting obligations are met. The EMO supervises EPC construction and O&M operations to deliver a safe, profitable, sustainable plant.

The EMO reports to the Regional Head and Project Company Board, shaping strategic, tactical and financial plans and ensuring timely board communication and compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering degree with management experience in power plant projects.
• Experience in leading project companies, board relations and governance.

Responsibilities

• Implements approved infrastructure and business plans using project management methods.
• Communicates with Project Company Board, government bodies, and stakeholders.
• Oversees EPC contractor and O&M contractor performance to meet contractual obligations.
• Ensures health, safety, environmental compliance and regulatory conformity.
• Prepares annual goals and board reporting; manages fiscal affairs of the corporation.
