Job summary

ACWA is seeking a Commissioning Manager for its PV plant located in As Sudiyah, Oman. The successful candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and oversight of all commissioning activities, ensuring systems are energized, tested, and operational per project specifications. With at least 10 years of experience in utility-scale power projects and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Power Systems Engineering, this role is crucial for meeting energization milestones and ensuring a smooth transition from construction to operations. Strong organizational and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in commissioning utility-scale power projects.
• At least 5 years in solar PV or renewable energy.
• Familiar with IEC and IEEE standards.
