Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Power Engineering.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Essential: 15 years in electrical power engineering and related fields.
• Minimum 5 years in senior project management or leadership roles.
• Desirable: international professional engineering membership; Level 4 from DCRP.
• Potential to develop to executive management in a world-class contractor.
• Sound commercial appreciation and judgement.
• Adept at conducting formal meetings and closing issues.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and issues simultaneously.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to motivate a team in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans with activities, timelines, and resources.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Coordinate with client requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct routine site visits to ensure design compliance and safety standards.
• Review CTR documents and project proposals for accuracy and feasibility.
• Prepare progress reports for clients and senior management.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure seamless integration of electrical design.
