Job summary

Season's Hypermarket is seeking a Digital Operations leader to oversee its ecommerce platform, ensuring smooth functionality and a superior user experience across online channels. You will manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and the online catalog to support growth.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in retail/ecommerce management.

Responsibilities

Oversee the hypermarket's ecommerce platform ensuring smooth functionality and user experience.
Supervise daily online order processing packaging and timely delivery.
Work closely with Talabat Khedmah and other delivery apps to maintain strong partnerships.
Align online stock availability with physical store inventory.
Guarantee the best online customer service experience including complaint resolution.
Assign and monitor staff duties related to ecommerce operations order picking packing delivery coordination.
Analyze sales trends customer behavior and website traffic.
