Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Sr. Dimensional Quality Technician to assure dimensional accuracy of BIW components and assemblies.

You will perform precise measurements, analyze data, and implement adjustments to support production stability and continuous quality improvement. Responsibilities include conducting inspections with CMMs and other tools, developing corrective actions, and collaborating across engineering, production and quality teams to resolve dimensional issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in dimensional inspection or quality control is desirable.
• Understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T is a plus.
• Ability to read CAD models and compare to measurements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct dimensional inspections of BIW components and assemblies using CMM, laser trackers, and calipers.
• Define corrective actions to reduce defects and improve process capability.
• Document inspection results and generate detailed summaries.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to resolve dimensional issues.
• Create or modify CMM programs to automate inspections.
