Job summary

NTG is hiring a Senior Developer Experience Engineer in Muscat to enhance the developer experience for a national platform. You will own the tooling, documentation, SDKs, and the developer portal, ensuring integration is seamless for thousands of users.

Ideal candidates will have a background in engineering, experience with documentation as code, and a focus on measuring and improving developer metrics. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

• Experience in owning developer experience for a platform.
• Ability to build tooling, templates, and SDKs.
• Proven experience with documentation as code.
