Job summary

NTG is hiring a Senior Project Manager to drive complex platform delivery end-to-end in Muscat. You will manage delivery from kickoff to go live, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and focused on the same goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex projects and will be skilled in stakeholder management, risk assessment, and budget control. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex software or platform projects on time and budget.
• Ability to manage demanding stakeholders and vendors.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a valuable advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own end to end delivery of complex software and platform projects.
• Build and maintain realistic plans and track them honestly.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change.
• Run delivery in an agile or hybrid model.
• Manage stakeholders across government entities and vendors.
• Own project governance and reporting, ensuring trust in status.
