Job summary

Confidential seeks an experienced Design Manager to lead the design coordination and technical delivery of large-scale landscape, infrastructure, and public realm projects. You will manage multidisciplinary design teams, oversee development, and ensure all deliverables meet objectives, standards, and construction requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor's in related field, 12+ years in landscape/infrastructure, and 5+ years in design leadership.

Qualifications

Need a Bachelor's degree in landscape, civil, or related engineering field.
Minimum 12 years in landscape, infrastructure, or public realm projects.
At least 5 years in a Design Manager or senior design leadership role.
Experience managing multidisciplinary teams on large-scale projects.
Strong knowledge of landscape design, irrigation, utilities, and infrastructure coordination.
Experience coordinating with consultants, clients, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of Civil 3D, Revit, and BIM preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead design process from concept through construction support.
Coordinate landscape, civil, irrigation, structural, architectural, and MEP disciplines.
Review drawings, reports, calculations, and specifications.
Manage design consultants and ensure timely delivery of packages.
Collaborate with clients and project teams to resolve design issues.
Ensure designs meet specifications, regulations, and client needs.
Conduct design reviews, VE workshops, and constructability assessments.
Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers.
Promote innovation, quality, and sustainability in design.
