A minimum of 20 years of experience in infrastructure, including 10 years in leadership roles, is required. Candidates with GCC and Oman project experience will be prioritized.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of professional experience in infrastructure and project delivery.
• Minimum 10 years in Project Management leadership roles.
• Experience managing complex multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary infrastructure and master planning projects across all project phases.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and quality.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and utility providers.
