Saudi Aramco is seeking a Governance, Risk & Compliance Specialist to join the Digital & IT Strategy & Investment Department. You will consolidate mandates related to compliance, governance and risk, manage risk registers, audit, and coordinate OE across Aramco group companies.

You will design COBIT-based governance frameworks, develop KPIs, and lead initiatives to enhance governance maturity and performance. Saudi Arabia-based, full-time role.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent in relevant fields.
• 20+ years in D&IT governance with 10+ years deploying COBIT and governance frameworks.
• 10+ years delivering D&IT projects and providing D&IT consultation and training.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain governance across Aramco’s group companies and D&IT internally.
• Provide training, assessments, and guidance for certifications to the D&ITGRCD team.
• Develop executive-level reports and presentations for governance, risk, and compliance.
• Represent D&ITGRCD at local and international events and forums.
• Develop governance project charters, roles, governance strategies and change plans.
• Design and implement COBIT and IT governance frameworks aligned with best practices.
• Develop cost-benefits analysis, gap analysis and KPI to measure governance performance.
• Conduct IT performance assessments and set improvements targets.
