Job summary

Filigran seeks a Customer Success Manager to guide and grow relationships with customers across the Middle East. Based in Saudi Arabia and working remotely, you will coordinate with support, engineering and product teams to align delivery with business goals, acting as a trusted advisor.

You will own onboarding, adoption, training, and renewals, build proactive relationships, and identify upsell opportunities while tracking success metrics and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar role in SaaS/tech
• 3+ years in cybersecurity, especially threat intelligence
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Based in Saudi Arabia with experience supporting regional ME customers
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to work with tools like OpenCTI or OpenAEV (training available)
• Excellent communication skills in English-first environments
• Comfortable working in a remote, async-first culture
• Experience with CRM/CSM tools, customer journey tracking and success metrics

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full customer journey: onboarding, adoption, training, and renewal
• Deliver training and carry out missions for customers
• Build strong, proactive relationships with customers across Middle East
• Identify and support opportunities for upsell and cross-sell with Sales
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly
• Collect and share customer feedback to improve product and service quality
• Track success metrics and use data to inform customer strategy and engagement
