Job summary

Wood is currently seeking a Principal Contracts to support the development of a new gold mine and processing facility at a remote site in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will manage contracts for site-based services such as camp operations and logistics, requiring a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience in contract management within EPC/EPCM projects. Strong negotiation skills and a background in managing OEM contracts are preferred. Medical insurance, career development, and recognition programs are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in contract management within EPC/EPCM projects.
• Strong background in managing OEM and equipment supply contracts.
• Solid understanding of FIDIC or similar contract frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage vendor contracts from award through full execution.
• Review and evaluate contract deliverables and variations.
• Serve as the primary interface between vendors and client representatives.
