Wood is currently seeking a Principal Contracts to support the development of a new gold mine and processing facility at a remote site in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will manage contracts for site-based services such as camp operations and logistics, requiring a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience in contract management within EPC/EPCM projects. Strong negotiation skills and a background in managing OEM contracts are preferred. Medical insurance, career development, and recognition programs are offered.
Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in contract management within EPC/EPCM projects.
Strong background in managing OEM and equipment supply contracts.
Solid understanding of FIDIC or similar contract frameworks.
Responsibilities
Administer and manage vendor contracts from award through full execution.
Review and evaluate contract deliverables and variations.
Serve as the primary interface between vendors and client representatives.
