Job summary

Worley is seeking a Manager, Completions/Turnover in Muscat to lead completions and turnover from construction through commissioning and handover. You will supervise systemization, mechanical completion, punch list management and ensure readiness for start-up.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and extensive experience in oil & gas projects, with strong stakeholder management and leadership of multidisciplinary teams, emphasizing HSSE and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
• Extensive experience in completions, turnover, commissioning and handover in major industrial or Oil & Gas projects.
• Strong knowledge of systemization, mechanical completion and handover requirements.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating across engineering, construction, commissioning and operations.
• Commitment to HSSE and quality management principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead completions and turnover activities from construction through commissioning, start-up and final handover.
• Oversee systemization, mechanical completion and turnover processes to ensure project readiness.
• Coordinate interfaces between engineering, construction, commissioning and operations teams.
• Monitor punch list management and ensure timely close-out of items.
• Prepare, verify and accept turnover dossiers and handover documentation.
• Track progress, milestones and risks related to completions and turnover.
