Job summary

Responsibilities include creating schedules and WBS, using Primavera P6 or MS Project, tracking progress, coordinating with PMs and site teams, and delivering regular progress reports. 8–15 years of experience and GCC exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• 8–15 years of experience in planning and scheduling of building construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of project planning tools and scheduling techniques.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
• Experience working with contractors or construction companies is preferred.
• GCC experience will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project schedules, baseline programs, and work breakdown structures (WBS) for building projects.
• Develop and monitor project plans using planning software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Track project progress and update schedules regularly.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Identify project delays and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients.
• Monitor resource allocation and productivity.
• Conduct delay analysis and recovery planning when required.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines and contractual requirements.
