Job summary

Quantum Talent Group in Oman (Muscat) is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead a major card portfolio and platform migration within the banking sector. You will drive governance, manage a migration plan, and coordinate teams across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Marketing and external vendors.

The role requires 10+ years in cards/payments program delivery, proven migration experience, deep knowledge of card issuing, authorization, clearing and settlement, and strong PMO and

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in cards/payments program delivery.
• Proven experience managing card-scheme or platform migrations.
• Strong knowledge of issuing, authorization, clearing and settlement, and card management systems.
• Excellent PMO, stakeholder, vendor and risk-management skills.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional banking projects.
• PMP or similar project-management certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the program governance and delivery framework.
• Build and maintain the overall migration plan, including timelines, dependencies and critical milestones.
• Coordinate teams across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Marketing and external vendors.
• Oversee card production, personalization, digital issuance and processor integration.
• Manage the customer migration journey while minimizing service disruption.
• Track delivery progress, risks, issues and key decisions.
• Prepare regular project updates and executive-level reports.
• Monitor post-migration activation, usage and portfolio performance.
• Support portfolio improvement and operational cost-saving initiatives.
