Job summary

TGP International in London invites a Senior Associate/Associate Director to lead and shape high-end hospitality concepts across global studios. The role blends world-class design with hands-on delivery, mentoring, and client engagement in a dynamic studio setting.

The candidate will oversee concept development, spatial planning, drawing coordination, and production while driving design narratives that align with client goals and operational realities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' professional experience in interior design or interior architecture with hospitality/F&B focus.
• Outstanding portfolio showing world-class design across restaurants, bars, and hospitality spaces.
• Ability to develop emotive, narrative-driven concepts and experiences across scales/geographies.
• Strong creative leadership from concept to delivery, with hands-on design development and technical expertise.
• Autonomy to operate with minimal supervision and manage design teams.
• Commercial awareness including budgets, contracts, resourcing, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class creative solutions across multiple projects and geographies.
• Lead projects and the creative process from concept to delivery with a strong design narrative.
• Lead concept development, test fits, spatial planning, and 3D models focused on guest experience and operations.
• Coordinate drawings, finishes, FF&E; liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Demonstrate knowledge of detailing, materials, finishes, fixtures, and fabrication processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners.
• Oversee project resourcing, scheduling, budgets, and risk management.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to studio culture.
