Job summary

THA by Armonia seeks a Senior Director to lead end-to-end masterplanning for mega events in a high-profile, multi-venue context. You will translate client vision into actionable site plans, timelines, and resource scheduling, while personally shaping masterplans, layouts, and end-to-end visitor journeys.

You will head a large, multidisciplinary team and act as the single client point of accountability, integrating marketing, sponsorships, talent, media and operations into one coherent site

Job description

• Leads end-to-end site masterplanning for large-scale, multi-venue mega events. You'll turn the client's high-level vision into a full implementation plan for each event cycle, covering venue footprint, infrastructure, resources and timelines
• Heads a large multidisciplinary planning team: allocating design, drafting and F&B planning work, keeping delivery on track, and acting as the client's single point of accountability for performance and output
• This is a hands-on producing role. You'll personally develop masterplans, zoning, dimensioned layouts and end-to-end visitor journeys, not just oversee them
• Runs needs assessments, feasibility and validation studies, and benchmarks against comparable global events to shape the best solution for each site
• Works as a trusted advisor to senior client leadership, integrating requirements from marketing, sponsorship, talent, media and operations into one coherent site plan

Requirements

• Senior Director grade, with a minimum of 12 years' relevant experience
• At least two complete delivery cycles of events of comparable scale (mega-event, multi-venue, Mega sporting event )
• Venue master planning, zoning, dimensioned layouts and end-to-end visitor journeys produced personally
• Stakeholder integration across marketing, sponsorships, influencers and players
