Job summary

Colleges of Excellence is seeking a Senior Assessment Specialist to manage and coordinate assessment activities, ensure effective implementation, analyze results, and drive continuous improvement within policy and quality standards.

You will lead the design and execution of assessments, oversee platforms and technical requirements, analyze data, prepare management reports, supervise field teams and external centres, and contribute to policy development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, Business Administration, or other relevant fields.
• Professional Certificate in Education and Training Management is a plus.
• 8 Years of experience in Training/ Education Field.
• 4 Years of experience in relevant position.

Responsibilities

• Develop assessments with appropriate methods and techniques for evaluations.
• Review risks of evaluation techniques and manage the question bank.
• Prepare plans for assessment development and coordinate timely execution.
• Oversee implementation plans and compatibility with internal test schedules.
• Manage assessment platforms and technical requirements for the department.
• Analyze exam results with advanced tools and prepare management reports.
• Lead supervision of field teams and external centres; support policy development.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in education / Business Administration
