Job summary

China Railway 18th Bureau Group (CR18G) seeks an experienced Senior Architectural Procurement Engineer for Superblock Five, a high-rise luxury hotel project in Medina, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on managing procurement of architectural materials and finishes, ensuring alignment with specifications, budget, and schedule.

You will oversee supplier sourcing, quotations, price negotiations, submittals, and delivery tracking, coordinating with design, QA/QC, construction and commercial teams to

Qualifications

• Experience in high-rise hotel tower construction projects.
• Experience procuring architectural materials for large-scale projects.
• Knowledge of luxury hotel finishes and façade materials.
• Experience with supplier management and submittals.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of architectural materials including finishes, tiles, stone, doors, windows, façades, waterproofing, and interiors.
• Review specifications, BOQs, drawings, and submittals.
• Identify, source, and evaluate suppliers and manufacturers.
• Obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and compare offers.
• Coordinate with design, technical, QA/QC, construction, and commercial teams to secure approvals and deliveries.
• Monitor procurement schedules, lead times, budgets, and delivery status.
• Verify conformance with specifications and quality requirements.
• Maintain procurement records and track submittals and orders.
