The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of AI/ML engineering experience, strong Python skills, and hands-on work with LLMs, vector databases, and cloud deployments on AWS/Azure/GCP. Compensation starts at RO 1,200 per month.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of relevant AI/ML engineering experience.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Hands-on with Generative AI and large language models.
• Experience building RAG apps with embeddings and semantic search.
• Proficiency with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, or OpenAI APIs.
• Experience with vector databases like Pinecone, FAISS, Milvus, Weaviate, or Azure AI Search.
• Cloud experience on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and MLOps.
• Ability to build scalable, production-ready AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI/ML solutions.
• Build Generative AI apps using LLMs and foundation models.
• Develop and optimize RAG pipelines using embeddings, vector DBs, semantic search.
• Create intelligent assistants and conversational AI applications.
• Implement prompt engineering, model evaluation, and performance optimization.
• Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise systems via REST APIs and microservices.
• Develop NLP, DL, and ML solutions based on business requirements.
• Deploy AI applications using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Apply Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and MLflow for reliable deployments.
• Monitor and improve AI application accuracy, latency, scalability, and performance.
• Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Research and implement emerging technologies in Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI.
