Qualifications

• Proven experience deploying LLMs in production.
• Strong experience with GPU-based inference and optimization.
• Solid backend engineering skills (Python, APIs, distributed systems).

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of junior ML engineers.
• Design, deploy, and operate scalable AI systems.
