Job summary

Aerosea Travels Tours in Oman is seeking an experienced QA/production professional for our seafood processing facility. You will work with blast freezing, plate freezing, IQF, filleting, and yield optimization to ensure quality and on‑time production.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years hands‑on experience, strong knowledge of FDA and EU seafood regulations, HACCP/GMP/ISO 22000 systems, QA/QC, laboratory testing, audits, and traceability; a track record of compliant operations is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands‑on experience in seafood processing / fish freezing.
• Working knowledge of FDA and EU seafood regulations.
• Proficiency in HACCP, GMP, and ISO/FSSC 22000 food safety and traceability systems.
• Practical experience with Blast Freezing, Plate Freezing, and IQF (Individual Quick Freezing).
• FDA & EU seafood regulations; HACCP, GMP, FSSC 22000/ISO 22000; QA/QC, laboratory testing, audits, traceability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee blast freezing, plate freezing and IQF processes.
• Manage filleting, grading and yield optimization.
• Coordinate production planning and QA/QC oversight.
• Ensure compliance with FDA/EU regulations and traceability.
