Job summary

Aerosea Travels Tours is seeking an experienced professional for overall plant management, HSE, QA and production oversight at our Oman operations. You will lead compliance and quality programs across the seafood processing facility.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in seafood processing, knowledge of FDA/EU regulations, HACCP, GMP and ISO 22000, plus hands-on experience with blast, plate, and IQF freezing. Competitive salary and full benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the seafood processing / fish freezing industry.
• Working knowledge of FDA and EU seafood regulations
• Proficiency in HACCP, GMP, and ISO/FSSC 22000 food safety and traceability systems
• Practical experience with Blast Freezing, Plate Freezing, and IQF (Individual Quick Freezing)
• FDA & EU seafood regulations; HACCP, GMP, FSSC 22000/ISO 22000; QA/QC, laboratory testing, audits, traceability
