Job summary

Kryptos Technologies Limited seeks an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Support & Innovation Consultant to provide functional support and drive continuous improvement across Talent Management modules, including PMGM, LMS, CDP and SDP.

You will partner with HR and business stakeholders to optimize processes, foster AI adoption and automation, lead workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into scalable SAP SuccessFactors solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors consulting and support.
• Strong customer-facing, communication, and consulting skills.
• Experience with Talent Management modules (PMGM, LMS, CDP, SDP).

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support and continuous improvement across SuccessFactors Talent Management modules.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Configure and maintain Talent Management modules to meet business needs per SAP standards.
• Monitor platform adoption, performance, and usage trends to maximize value.
• Lead workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with HR, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Advise HR and business on capabilities, best practices, and roadmap opportunities.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Support & Innovation Consultant with 8+ years of experience to provide functional support, continuous improvement, and business advisory services across SuccessFactors Talent Management modules. The ideal candidate is expected to work as trusted partner with business stakeholders, proactively identifying opportunities for process optimization, AI adoption, automation, and improved user experience.

• The consultant should possess strong expertise in Performance & Goals Management (PMGM), Learning Management System (LMS), Career Development Planning (CDP), and Succession & Development Planning (SDP), while demonstrating excellent customer-facing, communication, and consulting skills.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to HR and business stakeholders, providing guidance on SuccessFactors capabilities, best practices, and future roadmap opportunities.
• Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and recommend enhancements that improve efficiency, user experience, and business outcomes.
• Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into scalable functional solutions aligned with SAP SuccessFactors best practices. Configure and maintain Talent Management modules, ensuring solutions meet business needs while adhering to SAP standards.
• Monitor application performance, adoption, and usage trends, recommending actions to maximize the value of the SuccessFactors platform.
• Lead workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and solution discussions with business, HR, and IT stakeholders.
