Job summary

Work in USA in Nizwa, Oman is seeking a proactive Sales Manager to lead and grow our local sales team. This role focuses on driving targets, building client relationships, and shaping sales strategies aligned with company goals.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in sales management within retail or consumer goods, strong leadership and communication skills, and fluency in English. This is a full-time position based in Nizwa, with performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in retail or consumer goods.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of market trends and customer needs in Oman is preferred.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills would be an advantage.
