EcoFarm Solutions in Salalah, Oman is seeking a driven Sales Manager to lead a regional sales team, develop strategic plans, train staff, and drive growth while building strong client relationships.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in sales, leadership, English fluency, and willingness to travel. Base salary is $1,700/month plus commission with accommodation for non-local candidates.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, preferably in a managerial role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving goals
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Knowledge of market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities
• Ability to travel within the region as needed
• Fluency in English is required
