Job summary

Case In Point in Muscat, Oman is hiring a Sales Executive to drive growth of our poultry products—table eggs and live birds—across the region. You will develop new business, manage customer relationships, and expand market presence.

The ideal candidate has proven sales experience in table eggs or live birds, with strong knowledge of the poultry market in MENA, and the ability to coordinate with production and logistics.

Qualifications

• Must have proven sales experience in table eggs and/or live birds.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, Animal Science, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales of table eggs and live birds within assigned markets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the region.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
• Manage existing accounts while expanding the customer base.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and respond to inquiries.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and operations to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.

The role will focus on developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and expanding market presence. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience in eithertable eggs or live birds, with a strong understanding of the poultry industry and regional market dynamics.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in sales of table eggs and/or live birds within the MENA region.

• Currently based in Oman.

Other Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Good commercial awareness and customer-focused approach.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
