Job summary

SunPowerGen in Oman is seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to join our team and drive growth in pneumatic, spare parts, and automation markets. You will build and maintain relationships with local customers and identify new business opportunities. The role requires 2–5 years of local sales experience, an engineering background, and a valid Oman driving licence. You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely orders and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of local sales experience in Oman.
• Experience selling pneumatic products, spare parts, or industrial automation products.
• Knowledge of industrial customers and market segments.
• Strong communication, negotiation and CRM skills.
• Valid Oman driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Promote and sell pneumatic products, industrial spare parts, and industrial automation products.
• Identify new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Follow up on customer enquiries and negotiate commercial terms and orders.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain regular customer follow-ups.
