Job summary

Mandarin Oriental, Muscat invites applications for a Duty Manager - Russian Speaking to lead daily Front Office operations, guest relations and service delivery in our luxury resort environment.

You will coordinate across departments, supervise shifts, and mentor team members while ensuring impeccable standards for Russian-speaking guests, VIPs, and residents. Fluency in Russian and English is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury hotel operations or front office management.
• Fluent in Russian and English (spoken and written).
• Strong leadership and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent guest relations and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations during assigned shifts.
• Manage guest relations, service delivery, and incident handling in line with luxury standards.
• Coordinate Front Office with Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, Spa and Security.
• Coach colleagues on service excellence and guest engagement and lead daily briefings.
• Ensure smooth arrivals/departures and maintain accurate guest profiles and records.
