Mandarin Oriental, Muscat is seeking a Duty Manager - Russian Speaking to join the Front Office team. The role oversees daily hotel operations, ensures exceptional guest experiences, and acts as the hotel representative for guest relations and service delivery to uphold Mandarin Oriental’s luxury standards.

The position requires fluency in Russian and English to support Russian-speaking guests, VIPs, residents, and visitors while delivering memorable experiences.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent in Russian and English (spoken and written).
• Experience in luxury hotel operations or front office management is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily hotel operations during assigned shifts.
• Deliver personalized service aligned with Mandarin Oriental luxury standards.
• Manage guest relations, service recovery, and guest satisfaction metrics.
• Coordinate cross-departmental activities between Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, Spa and Security.
• Lead briefings and communicate priorities to teams.
• Support Russian-speaking guests and travel partners, including translation when required.
