Season's Hypermarket is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead accounting operations, ensure VAT compliance in Oman, and drive financial planning and reporting. The role covers billing, general ledger, budgeting, and long-term projections, with emphasis on cash flow management and supplier settlements.

The position requires a strong background in retail finance, ACCA/CA/MBA qualifications, and proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; ACCA/CA/MBA preferred.
• 5–7 years accounting experience, preferably in retail.
• Strong knowledge of Omani VAT (5%) regulations and financial compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger operations.
• Prepare and maintain profit and loss statements, annual budgets, and long-term financial projections.
• Monitor cash flow and ensure timely supplier settlements.
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes.
• Sales analysis and reporting for management with insights and recommendations.
