MENA HR Solutions LLC (IBD Group) in Oman is seeking a Sales Activation Specialist to plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate sales activation activities across designated retail markets in Oman and the UAE.

The role requires 3–8 years in sales activation or trade marketing, a Bachelor’s in marketing or related field, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and willingness to travel within Oman and to the UAE.

Formación

• 3–8 years of experience in sales activation, trade marketing, or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or related discipline.
• Experience executing in-store promotions, product launches, sampling, and retail campaigns.
• Good knowledge of Oman retail operations and FMCG market.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
• English fluency mandatory; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within Oman and to the UAE.

Responsabilidades

• Develop activation plans aligned with sales and marketing strategies.
• Prepare budgets, schedules, and resource requirements.
