We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at our restaurant in Al Buraymi.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant including operations, finances, and customer service
• Ensure that all customers receive excellent service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
• Create schedules for staff, manage their performance, and provide training when needed
• Maintain high-quality standards for food and beverage preparation, presentation, and service
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
• Manage budgets, expenses, and financial reports to ensure profitability
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
• Build relationships with customers to promote loyalty and repeat business
• Handle any customer complaints or issues effectively

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English, with knowledge of other languages an advantage
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue in previous roles

Salary: 1600$ per month
