Job summary

RedLine Freight Services in Al Buraymi, Oman, is seeking a Restaurant Manager with experience running Indian cuisine restaurants. You will lead daily operations, manage staff, and ensure top service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine restaurant
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage staff effectively
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in English (knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
