Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of real estate development experience with a focus on residential GCC markets.
• Experience leading front-end development: market research, concept creation, feasibility and strategy.
• Strong understanding of development financials and collaboration with investment teams.
• Experience coordinating consultants, design teams and stakeholders throughout the process.

Aufgaben

• Lead residential and mixed-use development projects from concept through handover.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify product opportunities and demand.
• Support feasibility assessments, business cases, and development strategies.
• Collaborate with finance to develop and challenge financial models and project assumptions.
• Create commercially viable residential concepts aligned with customer demand and company objectives.
• Coordinate architects, planners, engineers and consultants across the lifecycle.
• Ensure objectives through design managers and consultant teams.
• Lead planning, land-use and building approvals with government authorities.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, risks and milestones.
• Manage relationships with contractors, consultants and sales teams.
