• Hands-on experience with outreach platforms like Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead, and Woodpecker.
• Experience writing cold email campaigns.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Excellent written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Build highly targeted prospect lists and segment by industry, company size, and ICP.
• Write personalized cold emails and launch multi-step outbound sequences.
• Monitor deliverability, optimize campaigns, and track engagement metrics.
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, CTAs, and send times; report results.
• Qualify replies, route to sales, and maintain CRM records.
• Ensure CAN-SPAM, GDPR/CCPA compliance and manage suppression lists.
