Pavago is seeking a highly execution-focused Cold Email Specialist to own client campaign performance, deliverability, retention, and operational execution in a fast-growing startup. This remote role collaborates with the founder, outreach, dev, and ops teams to ensure campaigns perform and clients stay successful.

You will manage 20–30 active client accounts, optimize campaigns, troubleshoot deliverability, and build scalable outbound systems while balancing personalization with automation.

Qualifications

• Experience in cold email campaigns and deliverability management.
• Ability to troubleshoot inbox placement and domain reputation.
• Strong client communication and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own client campaign performance and deliverability across 20–30 accounts.
• Lead client check-ins and performance reviews.
