Job summary

Jobgether is partnering with a nonprofit-focused organization to recruit an AI/ML Engineer for a fully remote position based in Saudi Arabia. You will design, build, deploy, and iteratively improve AI-powered applications addressing healthcare, agriculture, education, and development, collaborating with researchers and field teams to translate research into scalable products.

Qualifications

• Strong foundations in mathematics, deep learning, large language models (LLMs), and modern AI systems.
• At least 4 years of hands-on ML engineering experience with end-user products powered by deep learning.
• At least 1–2 years building LLM-powered applications and production-grade agents.
• Proficiency in Python and hands-on implementation.
• Experience with evaluating AI systems and dataset design.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, evaluate, deploy, and improve ML systems and AI-powered applications for real-world use cases.
• Contribute to open-source AI evaluation infrastructure and tools.
• Collaborate with scientists, researchers, and field teams to translate findings into reusable tools and playbooks.
• Develop rigorous evaluation methods for AI systems with measurable performance improvements.
• Build production-grade LLM applications and agentic systems with reliability and scalability.
